During the entire photo-telling process, from being at the property to post-processing and finally advertising, my goal is to deliver you outstanding photos every single time. While at a property, I prep the house to make sure everything is in its place for optimal photo staging. I discern the angles of daylight and any "eye sores" - both are things that effect the attributes of quality photos. I pride the composition of my photos to best show off the space and layout of interiors. My whole tenure as a photographer has centered around showing true colors and having consistency. I do not "filter" my photos, but still show a home's beauty and lighting through HDR techniques that combine the benefits of multiple exposures.
Ultimately, the key is to provide real estate photos that show off features of a property and are of the highest quality to make sales and property advertisements perform better. My photography tools will help you provide a quality experience in your business, and I am here to help everyone involved elevate those experiences to our end users.
Real Estate Photography
Real Estate Photos Only
Our basic "Photos Only" package provides a full listing of interior and exterior photos, usually with a few extra shots included too. The size of the home does not matter - you will always receive 40+ images, so you can fully portray the whole home and the lot it sits on. The photos are HDR quality and sized for MLS delivery. All photos are delivered by the next business day.
Twilight Photos
Taken at dusk, twilight photos can showcase a beautiful sunset and natural views or surroundings, as well as the welcoming glow of a property's lighting or landscape features like firepits, pergolas and pools.
Our high-quality HDR drone will give your listing an elevated touch by capturing larger-scale perspectives of land, commercial properties, the layout of multiple outbuildings, or exceptional views. We can grab low-altitude angled photos, birds-eye views, and everything in-between, facing all directions.
Vacation Rental Photos
The vacation rental photo package has a slightly different affect to it: Vacation rental photos as a whole are meant to feel light and airy - like you're fulfilling your dreams when you travel! This photo set focuses on finishes and accommodations. Detail shots are also included to showcase amenities such as dishes, linens, finishing touches and the front door keypad.
Mini Package, Exterior Only, and Neighborhoods
This "Photos Only" package delivers 10-15 photos for simple projects or when updates have been made to properties. It comes with all the same photo quality standards as our other photo packages.
